In the directory, the conversation happens on the professional's WhatsApp. IAURA stays out of it, doesn't broker payment and takes no commission from anyone.

Choose a topic and offer an amount
The topic and the amount come from the person seeking care, and the amount you offer is the amount you pay. This page does not publish a price.
The card only reserves
Reserving is not charging: we only charge when you choose who accepted. If no one accepts, the reservation is released.
Psychologists with the seal accept or decline
Only someone with an approved gov.br seal can accept or decline that same amount. IAURA's fee comes out of the psychologist's amount, not yours.
Video of up to 50 minutes
The conversation is video, in the app. It is not WhatsApp.
The “Verified by gov.br” seal appears only after a person approves the signed PDF. Not every profile in search has that seal.
Only someone whose gov.br signed document is already approved can join this on-call list. Without that seal, the server refuses to turn availability on and refuses to accept an offer.
Care happens in the app. The store version may still be the previous one.
